Placing your order

All items on your website are subject to availability. We will inform you as soon as possible if an item you have ordered is not available. If payment has already been taken for an order we are unable to fulfil, then we will refund you in full as soon as reasonably possible.


Payment can be made by Paypal or credit/debit card. Paypal payments will be taken on order placement; if you opt to pay by credit/debit card then an advisor will contact you regarding payment. If you would like to speak to us before placing an order then please contact 01270 652790. Credit/debit payments can also be taken over the phone.


As soon as you have taken delivery of your order, please ensure that you inspect the products and notify us if there is a problem. We are not obliged to accept any rejection of products at a later date.

Personalised items

  • All of our personalised pottery is decorated by hand, so you may see a slight variation between personalised pieces.
  • All personalised products are made to order and are subject to a 10 day delivery estimate.
  • Please ensure that you take extra care when entering names into our website as we are unable to offer refunds or replacements for personalised items unless they are faulty.
